Tn Sullivan Co. Constable finds and detains wanted kidnapping suspect.

While Sullivan Co. Constable Dwain Hittinger was out on voluntary patrol, as most Constables do for their communities, he recieved a tip that a kidnapping suspect's vehicle was located in a driveway. Constable Hittinger then blocked the vehicle in and without incident detained the suspect with the help of Sullivan Co. Deputies until Kingsport Police arrived.
