E.T.C.A. is a State Chartered Organization that Provides classroom, firearms, & other educational training opportunities to Constables across the State of Tennessee. The training opportunities are designed to help Constables perform their duties with the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
The E.T.C.A. is committed to improving the quality of education, training, and support available to Constables in Tennessee. We work to ensure that our members have the knowledge and skills they need to serve their communities with the highest level of professionalism.
