Ken Potter (Retired)

Meet State Certified Trainer Kenneth Potter. Mr. Potter has served as a Law Enforcement Officer for more than 30 years. During this time, he has also served as Unicoi County Criminal Investigator, is currently a Carter County Constable, and is a State Certified Trainer for Security Officers. Mr. Potter has also written over 100 P.O.S.T. courses. Mr. Potter holds the following training qualifications:
